Pattaya's first formalised golf group, the Pattaya Golf Society, plays its competition golf three times a week from its clubhouse - Rabbi's Elephant Bar - on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

The golf courses we play are designed by some of the greatest names in golf;  Jack Nicklaus,  Nick Faldo and Gary Player.

For most of the year, the weather is excellent and provides ideal conditions for playing golf. The hottest time of year is between March and May when temperatures on some days can be hotter than the yearly average of 33° Centigrade, most of year though temperatures are around 30° Centigrade or less.

Playing in this delightful tropical climate all year round, the caddy lightens the load, and regular stops at the attractive watering holes encourage peak performance on the course. Afterwards the high standard of clubhouse facilities and services complete a memorable round of golf wherever you play. For visitors without clubs or shoes there is no problem as the hire of top brands of golf clubs are available for around 200 baht from Mr Rabbi. At every course you will be welcomed by friendly and courteous staff to remind you that you are in the Land of Smiles, and the Golf Paradise of Thailand.
